Shipping: We ship via U.S. Postal Service - First Class Mail. Our rates are based on carrier costs plus a small handling charge. As soon as we receive your check or money order, we will immediately ship your package via USPS.
RETURNING DVDs and CDs: DVDs purchased from American Patriot Pictures, LLC are easily returned to American Patriot Pictures, LLC within 30 days of receipt of delivery. You may return any products purchased from American Patriot Pictures, LLC in their original condition; unopened CDs, DVDs and any other merchandise in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. DVDs and CDs purchased from American Patriot Pictures, LLC, can be returned in the same condition within 30 days of shipment.
STORE OR MERCHANT PURCHASES: Items that are purchased at a store or shipped directly by any merchant other than American Patriot Pictures, LLC, must be returned to the that store or merchant according to their return guidelines. American Patriot Pictures, LLC cannot accept returns of items purchased from it's merchants.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If any product (DVD or CD) fails to play or arrives damaged please contact American Patriot Pictures, LLC for immediate service at app1776@sbcglobal.net You will receive a response within 24 hours.
